Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Azul Digital LLC (doing business as "Azul Digital," referred to as "we," "us," "our") collects through goazuldigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We value clarity over legal posture. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will answer plainly.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to goazuldigital.com, people who schedule a call with us, and clients we work with directly. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
2. Information we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. In practice, that means:
- Information you give us. Your name, email, company, phone number, and anything you share when you schedule a call, respond to an email, or engage us on a project.
- Scheduling information. When you book a call through our Microsoft Bookings embed, Microsoft Bookings collects the time you picked and the contact details you entered. Microsoft Bookings processes this under its own privacy policy.
- Basic site analytics. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may log standard request data (IP address, user agent, referring page) for security and performance. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a conversation.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To send occasional follow-up related to a conversation or engagement. We do not send marketing email to people who have not opted in.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the website.
4. Cookies and tracking
The website itself does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Third parties embedded on the site (Microsoft Bookings, Google Fonts) may set cookies necessary for their features to work. If we later add analytics or consent tooling, we will update this section before it goes live.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the site and the business:
- Netlify (hosting and request logging).
- Microsoft Bookings (call scheduling).
- Google Fonts (web typography).
- Email and productivity tools used to respond to you and manage engagements.
Each vendor handles data under its own terms. We choose vendors that meet reasonable privacy and security standards.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share information only with the vendors above in order to operate the site and our business, with professional advisors bound by confidentiality, or when required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep inquiry and engagement information for as long as it is useful for our client relationship and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to seven years for tax, legal, and audit reasons). You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Some records may be retained where law requires it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit. We do not sell personal information as defined by those laws.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
10. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you visit the site or engage us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.
11. Children
The site and our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
