Why Azul Digital exists
Companies hit work that is too big for the team they have and too important to wait for a hire. An exit with a date on it. A function that is not working. The usual answer is to buy a recommendation, and then the recommendation sits there, because the people who would have to run it are the people already at capacity.
We do the other thing. We take the seat, make the calls, and carry the number until the work runs without us.
